Education Foundation

Empowering Hispanic Entrepreneurs for a Brighter Future

Fostering Leadership and Cultural Unity

The Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber Education Foundation, established in February 2022, aims to empower, encourage, and equip emerging Latino and Latina leaders through the creation of the Adelante Leadership Institute (ALI) and its fellowship program in 2023. Its mission focuses on addressing the underrepresentation of Latinos and Latinas in leadership roles across various public and private sectors. The primary program of the Education Foundation includes providing access to leadership development opportunities, preparing leaders for board and commission service, and fostering Latino cultural identity and unity. Sources of income for the Foundation include tuition, program development support, capacity building investments, and strategic partnerships. ALI through the Education Foundation aims to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive leadership landscape in the Pikes Peak region.
